Hunters need to watch out for fire crews

As rifle season begins, Shasta-Trinity National Forest officials are asking hunters and the community to be cognizant of fire and repair crews working in several areas around the forest. These areas include the Bagley, Ward and Stafford fires.

At the Stafford fire site southeast of Hayfork, crews are working between the 31 N17 and Wildwood Roads and from Wildwood Road to Duncan Creek.
