The Hayfork High School football team won a Homecoming thriller Friday night, 46-36 against a tough Dunsmuir Tigers team. The Timberjacks (3-4 overall, 3-2 in league) finish their regular season with a game in Herlong on Saturday, Oct. 30. A victory gives them a shot at the playoffs.


The Wolves ran away with a 42-14 home victory over Mt. Shasta Friday night. Trinity (3-4 overall, 2-1 in league) play next at Williams on Friday, Oct. 29.


The volleyball team captured the Shasta Cascade League title with a 3-0 victory over Etna Thursday, Oct. 21, Trinity's first league title since 2013. The Lady Wolves (17-9, 8-2) are seeded second in the NSCIF Div. 5 volleyball playoffs, and have a first-round bye. They will host the winner of the Biggs-Los Molinos matchup at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, at the WES gym.


The Wolves (7-4-3 overall, 6-3-1) were seeded fourth in the NSCIF soccer playoffs and will host No. 5 Fall River at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 26.


The Lady Jacks (8-5 overall, 8-4 in league) are seeded third in the NSCIF Div. 7 volleyball playoffs and will play host to Princeton at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 27.
