Lola Elizabeth Rogers, 89, of Las Vegas, Nev., formerly of Weaverville and Redding, Calif., passed away on Nov. 5, 2021, from natural causes.

A memorial will be held for Lucille Kibbee at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 15, on the Highland Art Center meadow, 691 Main St., Weaverville.

The Hayfork High School Theatre Arts Class will present the final weekend of “Frankly — A reverently irreverent tribute to Mary Shelley, Wilder & Brooks, and all the Frankensteins in between,” by Timbre Beck.

Performance dates are Friday and Saturday, March 24-25, at the Trinity Alps Performing Arts Center in Weaverville. Shows begin at 7 p.m.; arrive at least 10 minutes prior. Tickets are $7 in advance, $8 at the door.

The production features 18 Hayfork student actors, including Amber Reed as Dr. Frederick Frankenstein and Henry Armagnac as The Monster, as well as student musical and dance performances.
