		<description>  On Sunday, Trinity Lake was 116 feet below the overflow and at 40 percent of capacity. Average inflow to the lake was 266 cfs, and 208 cfs was being released to the Sacramento River.  We have had ice and snow and snow and ice since Christmas Eve day, with the snow finally melting off the day after Christmas here in Willow Creek and rain replacing it.		</description>
