A visiting judge ruled in favor of Trinity County elections official Shanna White, refusing to set aside the passage of Measure J.
Voters passed the Measure J Mountain Valley Unified School District bond measure with 65 percent approval in the Nov. 7, 2017 election.
Judge Barry Hammer heard the Wear vs. White case earlier this week, issuing his decision on Tuesday.
