Pacific Gas and Electric Co. has rescheduled work it had planned to do early this morning to Sunday, June 23. This will cause a power outage for Trinity Public Utilities District customers in Junction City and Helena from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, said Jeremy Tuntland, from PG&E.

PG&E is doing a transmission line upgrade replacing multiple poles for fire safety, he said. He said the company will attempt to go door-to-door to notify residents who will be affected by the outage.

TPUD customers are affected by this work because some of TPUD’s distribution lines are on PG&E poles.
