As of Thursday afternoon, Jan. 28, PG&E has about 78,000 Northern California customers out on storm-caused outages. Of those, about 68,000 were impacted by the storm that hit Tuesday through Wednesday evening and the remaining are without power due to storm impacts from Wednesday evening through today.

Approximately 6,100 customers are currently impacted in Humboldt County, with 17 in Hawkins Bar and 16 in Mad River (Trinity County). Crews were able to restore power to some customers safely in Eureka, Willow Creek, Trinidad, Kneeland and all of Maple Creek overnight and today. The goal is to restore more customers tonight in areas of Orleans, Weitchpec, Trinidad/Westhaven, Orick and Fieldbrook tonight.
