Coast Central has new member services manager

Pamela Koenig Pamela Koenig Members of Coast Central Credit Union will now see a new face when they visit their Weaverville branch. Pamela Koenig has recently been named manager of member services, bringing more than 20 years of experience and enthusiasm to the Coast Central staff.

After her first years at Shell Oil Credit Union as a member services representative and bookkeeper, she worked as an assistant manager at Dow Chemical Employees' Credit Union and Pacific Service Credit Union (for employees of PG&E). Most recently, she helped run the Crown Zellerbach Credit Union as chief executive officer and chief financial officer, helping them to merge with another credit union.

"I'm a California girl," Koenig said, as all of her experience took place in California. spent many years in Contra Costa County, she is excited about the opportunity to relocate to Weaverville.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Koenig is actively involved in the lives of her children and grandchildren. Her son Daniel, 13, and daughter Jaime, 17, will be making the move to Weaverville. She also has another daughter, Michelle, and three grandchildren in the Redding area.
