The National Transportation Safety Board has released documents confirming that parts of the fuel control units recovered from the Aug. 5, 2008, fatal helicopter crash in Trinity County are missing. A fire in Weaverville on Monday was started by hot ash discarded from a wood stove, Weaverville's interim fire chief said.
