TRAFFIC WATCH Caltrans has the following regional projects scheduled through Saturday, Aug. 29: On Highway 3, from 1.3 miles south of Peanut to 5.6 miles south of the Trinity/Siskiyou county line, bridge work continues from 6 a m. to 3 p.m. through Friday. One-way traffic control will be in place with up to 10-minute delays. On Highway 3, from 11.2 miles north of Weaverville to 1.8 miles south of Callahan, pavement work is under way from 8:30 a m. to 2:15 p.m. through Thursday. One-way traffic control will be in place with up to 10-minute delays. On Highway 299, from 0.9 of a mile to 1.9 miles east of Salyer, pavement widening continues from 7 a m. to 6 p m. through Sept. 30. Long-term one-way traffic control will be in place with up to eight-minute delays. On Highway 299, from 1.5 miles to 2.5 miles east of Burnt Ranch, pavement widening is scheduled from 6 a m. to 5 p m. through Oct. 1. Long-term one-way traffic control will be in place with up to five-minute delays. On Highway 299, from the Trinity/Shasta county line to 1.5 miles east of the county line, pavement realignment continues from 6 a.m. to 3:30 p m. through Friday. One-way traffic control will be in place with up to seven-minute delays. On Highway 299, from 3.1 miles to 2.1 miles west of Crystal Creek Road, pavement realignment is scheduled from 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. through Friday. One-way traffic control will be in place with up to seven-minute delays. On Highway 299, from 1.6 to 1.1 miles west of Crystal Creek Road, pavement realignment continues from 3 a.m. to 7 p m. through Sept. 18. Longterm one-way traffic control will be in place with up to 10-minute delays. |
