Caltrans work projects Caltrans has a variety of roadwork projects scheduled this week in Trinity County: * On Highway 3, from 6.3 miles north of Hayfork to 5.1 miles south of the Trinity/ Siskiyou county line, bridge work is scheduled from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Friday, June 12. One-way traffic control will be in place, with delays up to 10 minutes. * On Highway 3, from 0.2 mile to 1.2 miles north of north junction Highway 299, Weaverville, pavement work is slated from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Friday, June 12. Delays of up to 10 minutes are possible. * On Highway 3, from 12.2 miles north of north junction Highway 299, Weaverville, to 9.7 miles south of Trinity Center, drainage work is planned from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Thursday, June 11. One-way traffic control will be in place, with delays up to 10 minutes. * On Highway 3, 8.8 miles north of Trinity Center, bridge work is slated from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Thursday, July 11. One-way traffic control will be in place, with delays up to six minutes. * On Highway 299, from 0.9 to 1.9 miles east of Salyer, pavement widening is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Thursday, June 11, and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, June 12. One-way traffic control will be in place, with delays up to eight minutes. * On Highway 299, from 2.1 miles east of Trinity Dam Boulevard to 1.3 miles west of the Trinity/Shasta county line, pavement widening is slated from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Friday, June 12. One-way traffic control will be in place, with delays up to 12 minutes. Additional construction, including Saturday work, may be scheduled beyond the above list.
