      Can anyone intelligently explain why Caltrans piles the snow in the middle of the road in downtown Hayfork, making it into oneway streets? To top it off, you could be ticketed for driving through the berm. The explanation from the snowplow drivers is that they can't block the business driveways.

I wonder if these medics with badges still believe the racist fictions used to outlaw marijuana to begin with: * "There are 100,000 total marijuana smokers in the U.S., and most are Negroes, Hispanics, Filipinos and entertainers.
