So. Trinity News

Please remember to bring your family, friends and neighbors to the Holiday Bazaar this coming Saturday, Nov 22, at the Van Duzen Elementary School gym. Hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is a great opportunity to win or buy your Christmas gifts.

Mr. & Mrs. Santa Claus will be at the bazaar to greet you. A lot of great raffle items will be on display, and do not forget to buy your raffle ticket. I understand you cannot lose. Have a tasty lunch with desserts made by the ladies of the Six Rivers Senior Club.

Our local venders have been very busy with arts and crafts to make this an outstanding event. This event is sponsored by the Humboldt/ Trinity Recreation Alliance, a non-profit public benefit that raises funds for local projects and events in Southern Trinity.

The Ruth Lake Community Services District is offering a $1,000 reward for the arrest and conviction of persons responsible for the recent break-ins of lease lots.

Our first Fireman's Ball was a great success. Chef Erick Rossen made sure that no one went away hungry. The proceeds will benefit the Southern Trinity Volunteer Fire Dept. Thank you to Jim and Terry White, Erick and Camille Rossen, Kathy Branham, Patsy Lewis, Jack Levitt, Julie Morss, Angela Mattson, Talana and Kevin Watson and The Code Violators for all the hard work that was needed to make this event a success.
