Hayfork Pool to hold movie and swim night fundraiser

The Hayfork Community Pool is hosting a fund-raiser movie and swim night Thursday, July 10, from 8:30 to 11 p.m. The cost is $3 per person, and proceeds will help fund the current year's programs.

Private swimming lessons are offered at the extensively renovated pool. Infants to pre-kindergartners can receive free swimming instruction. Others should call the pool at 628-5000 for lesson fees. Individual and family recreational swim passes are also available.

Hayfork Pool schedule is as follows:

Mondays through Fridays - 9 to 11 a.m., lap swim; 11 to 11:45 a.m., lessons; noon to 12:45 p.m., Aquacise; 1 to 3:55 p.m., public recreation swim; 5 to 6:55 p.m., lap swim and Aquacise; 7 to 8:30 p.m., family swim.

Saturdays - 10 a.m. to noon, lap swim; 1 to 4 p.m., public recreation swim; 4 to 8 p.m., pool parties.

Sundays - 9 to 11 a.m., lap swim; 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., pool parties; 6 to 8 p.m., family swim.
