Weaverville 4th of July Parade 2019
The 44th annual Rotary Club of Weaverville 4th of July Parade took place at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, July 4, on Main Street in historic downtown Weaverville. The traditional old-time parade began at Forest Avenue and headed south past the Jake Jackson Museum.

The Dirt Road Riders from Lewiston took home a third-place ribbon in the Horse Division.
KIXE TV (PBS Channel 9) with special friends Daniel Tiger and Cookie Monster, along with Weaverville Parent/Teacher Nursery School teacher Aly Keyes and her students. The entry tied for second place in the Civic/Volunteer Organization Division.
Human Response Network butterflies as part of its Pride Float parade entry, which tied for first place in the Civic/Volunteer Organization Division.
E Clampus Vitus and the 1922 Stutz Fire Engine, one of the few still in operation in the U.S. The entry tied for second place in the Civic/Volunteer Organization Division.
The U.S. Forest Service entry with special guest Smokey Bear, accompanied by fire prevention officer Sandra Faulkner.
California State Horsemen's Association, which took a first-place ribbon in the Horse Division.
