Two fabulous bands — The Bee Eaters and Jubilee — will perform a free concert from 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday, July 24, at Trailhead Pizza, 31 Pine Lane, Coffee Creek.

The Bee Eaters, Trinity’s very own Brother-sister duo Tristan and Tashina Clarridge (Grand National Fiddle Champions), are joined by hammer dulcimer wizard Simon Chrisman. Together, they weave a tapestry of sound all their own, drawing on roots in bluegrass, Celtic, jazz, Baroque, and old-time folk music traditions. And they will play a Texas set also.

Also booked is Jubilee, a very talented youth acoustic band from the Bay Area. Their mandolin player (who is only 13) is reportedly off the charts.

Both bands have toured extensively, and will have CDs available for sale.
