Sept. 8 is the last Sunday Drive of the year. Organizers report it has been a great year for the start-up of this event.
They thank the vendors who have become regulars at this event — Posi-Tees, Karen Sundt, Simply Sarah, Toni Burgess, Parsell Art, Bridget Carson, Jean Lam, the Trinity County Animal Shelter, The Visitors Center and to the Weaverville Chamber of Commerce for selling yummy root beer floats. Thanks to Jason Richards for being there with his jewelry and music. Thanks to John Garret and Rick Kerwin for music.
Come on out to historic downtown Weaverville from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the 8th. Visit the many other open businesses, including several restaurants, all with outdoor seating available. Come to the Art Cruise Saturday evening, Sept. 7, and stay and play.
