There is COVID-19 testing today at the Fairgrounds from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The next COVID-19 testing date for this month is the 26th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Offbeat Bargains’ auction on the 1959 Singer Featherlight 222k sewing machine and accessories will end on Tuesday, the 19th, at 3 p.m. Bidding can be done online at the Roderick Offbeat Bargains Facebook page or in the store during their open hours of 11 a.m. through 3 p.m. on Tuesdays through Fridays. If you would like to see the sewing machine, it will be on display at the thrift store during their open hours.

The Hayfork Valley Spay & Neuter Assistance Fund is offering $0 owner contribution for all domestic female cats they can get appointments for in February. If you would like to make a free appointment to spay your cat, call 227-5955.

With Valentine’s Day coming up next month, See’s Candy is being sold at the Trinity County Fairgrounds Office. Purchases will support the Trinity County Fair.

Cow Bingo spots for the Hayfork Elementary School’s Eighth Graders’ Cow Bingo Fundraiser are now available for purchase at local stores. It is $50 for one spot and $25 for a half spot. They will be sold until the spots sell out. The event will be held virtually on May 1, unless the Fairgrounds are open by then.
