Starting today, the Roderick Offbeat Bargains Thrift Store is having a silent auction for an assortment of musical instruments, including a tambourine, maracas, and drums. Bids can be made at the thrift store during their open hours of 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, or anytime on the auction post on the Roderick Offbeat Bargains Facebook page.

The Roderick Senior Center will be having a drive-through dinner from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18. They will be serving chicken marsala, rice, salad and garlic bread. It will be $12 for adults and $6 for kids.

There will be COVID-19 testing on the 23rd at the Fairgrounds from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Visit www.trinitycounty.org/mobile-test to register or visit www.projectbaseline.com/COVID19 to make an appointment. This will be the last testing date for this month.

The Hayfork High School’s junior class is planning a drive-through fundraiser for the 24th. They are thinking of serving spaghetti, but this may change. The time has not been decided yet.

The Hayfork Chamber of Commerce will be doing Summer in the Park again this year, starting on June 9th. They are currently looking for musicians and food and craft vendors. If you are interested, call Charlene Dunaetz at 628-4302.
