Hopefully everyone had a great time at the fair this year and made some wonderful memories! I had a lot of fun going on rides, eating delicious food, checking out the exhibits, and watching the logging show. Thanks to everyone who made the fair possible this year!

Congratulations to Carmen Nagle for being nominated and awarded the Unsung Hero award for her hard work in making sure the after-school program would continue on during the mold issue at the Hayfork Elementary School. It had to be shut down for a period of time, but Carmen was able to gain the support of the staff and community to not only start it up again, but make sure it thrived.

Shout out to Joseph Brock, Stewart Lauri and Russell Lauri for picking up all the trash at Kelly Mines Road. There used to be a massive amount of garbage there. Now it looks much better, thanks to these three.

The Hayfork High School registration date has been changed. It will be on the 22nd instead of the 15th. School will start later on the 28th.

Enjoy your week!
