Clothing at the Blue Barn

Clothing and much more at the Blue Barn help provide needed funds for the Golden Age Center.

Spring is sprung, and the Blue Barn is blooming with colorful clothing and outstanding values for your seasonal needs. Gardening? We have tools. Baking? Do we ever have baking dishes! Cleaning? We have tools and supplies you wouldn’t expect. Come in and see what the Easter Bunny delivered!

The Blue Barn at 201 Browns Ranch Road, Weaverville, is a great place to shop for many of your everyday and not-so-everyday needs.  Don’t forget us when you are shopping for some odd item. We have items in our inventory that you would never think of looking for at a thrift shop.

Don’t forget that we hold a Wild Wednesday Sale every Wednesday, the Manager’s Special – check it out!

The delivery of Senior Supplemental Boxes will be done on April 22. The boxes hold fresh, frozen, canned and dry foods for three meals a day, and are delivered to our needy seniors.

Our sales space remains neat and clean due to the hard work by our loyal volunteers and staff.  Many thanks to all of you. Anyone who wishes to volunteer can call Annie at 951-463-1919. We would love to see you.

Your donations toward our efforts are much appreciated. If you would like to donate toward our program to feed our needy seniors, please mail your check to Golden Age Center, P.O. Box 1413, Weaverville, CA 96093.

The Blue Barn is open between 11 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. We have been receiving new donations, so come in and see what is new! Please consider donating your higher-end valued items as well, such as furniture, tools and lumber. They are tax-deductible, and all the proceeds go to seniors in our own community. If you have items to donate, we accept donations on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Keep up with our new merchandise and sales promotions — go to our Facebook page: “Blue Barn Thrift Store” to see pictures of merchandise and information on our specials. It changes every week.
