The following locales have Easter egg hunts planned for this Saturday and Sunday:

Weaverville

► The annual Weaverville Lions Club Easter egg hunt begins at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 21, at Lowden Park.

For all children up to age 10. Bring your own basket. Prize for the golden egg in each age division.

► Easter egg hunt at the Blue Barn, with prizes and surprises from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 20. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Hayfork

A community Easter egg hunt is set for 1 p.m. Sunday, April 21, at the Fairgrounds, 6000 Highway 3. Rain or shine. Hunts are divided up by age groups.

Lewiston

The Easter Bunny will be on hand at the Lewiston Moose Family Center noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, April 21, so parents can take photos of their kids and the bunny. There will be Easter baskets for all the kids followed by an Easter egg hunt, egg toss and a hot dog lunch served by the Loyal Order of Moose. All are welcome. Call the Moose Family Center at 778-3877 for more information.

Trinity Center

Saturday, April 20, is the Trinity Lake Lions Club’s Easter Egg Hunt, 10 a.m. to noon at Trinity Center Elementary School, 1 Trinity Vista St. The hunt is a North Lake tradition that children and grandchildren will always remember. Mr. Bunny arrives on a fire truck at 10 a.m. Kids can search for eggs by age group and try to discover the golden eggs.
