Business Services Representative: Full time, benefited position available. This position starts at $13/hour, but may vary depending upon experience. The following are some of the position responsibilities and duties; Prepares and submits claims to various insurance companies either electronically or on paper, answers questions from patients, staff and insurance companies, identifies and resolves patient billing complaints, prepares, reviews and sends patient statements, and performs various collection actions including contacting patients by phone, correcting and resubmitting claims to third party payors. Experience in this field is not required, we are willing to train the right candidate who has a minimum of one year of office or hospital clerical experience. Skilled Nursing Facility - Certified Nurse Assistant: Our Skilled Nursing Facility is has a casual, non-benefited position available; starting wage is $14/hour. Candidates must have current CA CNA in good standing and current BLS. Candidates must be available to work all shifts in our 24 hour facility, NOC shift - 7.5% shift differential. We are seeking someone who has a passion for others, who is reliable and able to work in a team environment. Medical/Surgical Nurse Assistant: Full time, benefited position available on our night shift (7.5% night-shift differential). Job duties include but are not limited to obtaining and promptly documenting weight, vital signs, oximetry and admission assessments as assigned, ensures that adequate nutritional and fluid intake is provided, provides daily hygiene and grooming to patients, as well as assisting the licensed nurses with other patient care needs within their scope of practice. Experience in direct patient care is strongly preferred but not required. CPR certification is required; this can be obtained within thirty days from hire, if necessary. We are seeking a candidate who is able to multi-task, take direction well and who is passionate about patient care. Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse: Full time, benefited position available on our day shift as well as our night shift (7.5% night-shift differential). Must have current CA RN license in good standing, BLS, ACLS, required; PALS and NRP preferred, but not required. Ability to work within a team environment, demonstrated leadership skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment are required. Skilled Nursing Facility - Director of Nursing: Full time, benefited, exempt management position available. Must have a current CA RN license in good standing; minimum of two years clinical experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities is strongly preferred, as is prior management experience. We are seeking a candidate with strong communication and leadership skills to perform the following functions; plans, develops, implements and evaluates patient/resident care, personnel and fiscal management systems in conjunction with Administration, Patient Services and other department directors; coordinates and participates with various employee groups and teams, continuous quality assurance and CQI and compliance activities; maintains policy and procedure manual following Title 22 and OBRA(CMS) guidelines for this area. We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Title 22 and OBRA, CMS requirements for education of employees in this area.
