PUBLIC NOTICE SHASTA COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Shasta County Housing Authority, which serves Shasta, Trinity, Siskiyou, and Modoc Counties, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and invite public comment on the Housing Authority’s proposed amendments to the Administrative Plan and PHA’s Revised Annual Plan, and will consider adopting the amendments to the Administrative Plan and the PHA’s Revised Annual Plan The proposed amendments would modify provisions in the Administrative Plan regarding waiting list preferences for housing deficient families and the Shared Housing Program. The PHA’s Revised Annual Plan amends the waiting list preferences for housing deficient families, administering of the Manufactured Home program and the Shared Housing program. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors Chambers at the Shasta County Administration Center, Room 263, 1450 Court Street, Redding, California, on Tuesday, August 20 2019, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter. The Administrative Plan and PHA Revised Annual Plan is available for review and inspection at the Housing Authority’s office at 1450 Court Street, Room 108, Redding CA, or by contacting Christy Coleman at (530) 225-5160 for an appointment.If you wish to attend the hearing via teleconference, please contact Christy Coleman on or before August 9, 2019.PLEASE NOTE that if you challenge the nature of the proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the appropriate authority at, or prior to, the public hearing.
