Mountain Valley Unified School District Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee Measure J $5,950,000 General Obligation Bonds The Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of the Mountain Valley Unified School District (the “District”) is establishing a Citizen's Bond Oversight Committee (the “Committee”) to review expenditures from construction activity associated with Measure J, which was approved by District voters on November 7, 2017. The Committee will be responsible for ensuring that bond revenues are used only as voters intended and for informing the public of bond expenditures. The Board invites all interested community members to apply for service on the Bond Oversight Committee. If you were on the committee before, you will have to apply again. To obtain an application packet, visit our website www.mvusd.us, stop by the MVUSD District Office (231 Oak Ave, Hayfork) or call 530-628-5265 ext 121. Applications are due by October 5, 2020 at 5:00 pm. September 16, 23, 2020
