NOTICE OF APPROVAL FOR COMMERCIAL CANNABIS CULTIVATION LICENSES Applications to allow a commercial cannabis cultivation license (“CCL”) have been received by the Trinity County Planning Department-Cannabis Division for the following Assessor’s Parcel Numbers (“APN”): CCL: APN: CCL-563 025-060-026-000 CCL-601 010-690-006-000 CCL-586 015-180-042-000 CCL-602 014-300-018-000 CCL-016 014-450-014-000 CCL-159 024-050-069-000 CCL-214 025-050-034-000 CCL-513 020-300-021-000 In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA Guidelines Section 15168(c) & (e)), the above referenced license has been determined to be later activities and fall within the scope of the certified Environmental Impact Report adopted by the Trinity County Board of Supervisors which adequately describes the activity for purposes of CEQA. The Cannabis Director approved the above referenced CCL on March 10, 2023. Should you desire to appeal this decision, you must do so within 10-working days, or by March 29, 2023, pursuant to Trinity County Zoning Code Section 17.34.110. The license can be issued on or after March 29, 2023. Upon request, you may inspect the subject license application file at the County Planning Department in accordance with the Public Records Act.
